This Site Has Been Down Due to Server Problems


If you've popped by and seen my site gone, it's because my server had a major outage and just finished restoring most of the sites. This one would still be down if I hadn't gotten them (finally) on the phone and taken them by the hand to get it done. One can't depend on anyone today. Got to do it yourself.

To make matters worse, they stopped mail I DO want and sent me a ton of porn that I DID NOT want in my email!

At any rate, I'm back.

Search Engine Copywriting Comes First --- Not SEO or Graphics


One of the biggest mistakes an online marketer makes is to put up his Web site, do what he considers SEO or hire a firm to do it and then wonder, "Oh hell, what do I do for the damn words?"

It happens all the time. The ill-informed consider "the words" to be the last thing on the list. They figure they can do all the pretty, sexy stuff and then pop in the "words". How dumb is that? Very dumb.

The copywriter is the guy or gal who makes you money --- not the SEO guy or the graphic gal.

Words sell. Without the right words all that sexy stuff makes no difference. You won't sell anything anyway.

Beyond that however, a good copywriter who knows how can do SEO copywriting. That's copy that not only sells your stuff but gives you a good chance of getting a high search engine ranking. And the truth is, you don't need an SEO firm if you use a good, experienced SEO copywriter.

Start with the words. You'll end up with the sales.
