We are laterally hired by companies to find the most energetic, outgoing professionals to represent their top brands at exciting events   We are currently looking for a Team Manager for a Tobacco Client to oversee a Bar program in the Boston, MA area.  Events will be nights and weekends and will take place in local bars and nightclubs.  Candidates must be available for a full time schedule, including nights and weekends.   Postion Start Date: ASAP (Will more than likely go until the end of 2008)     Brief Job Summary   The primary duty of the Team Manager (TM) is to execute scheduled Program Nights in local signed venues (bars, pubs, clubs).  The TM manages a nightly team of Brand Ambassadors who execute name generation during the Program Night   The TM is responsible for interviewing Brand Ambassador candidates and for assisting with hiring decisions.  Prior to a Brand Ambassador working a Program Night, the TM must train all Brand Ambassadors on the logistics of the program, function of promotional assets and technology.   The TM schedules Brand Ambassadors to work Program Nights.  Throughout the duration of the Program Night, the TM is responsible for managing the event, supervising Brand Ambassadors, and is always conscious of upholding standards.  The TM is always present as the primary venue contact and the program?s logistical troubleshooter.  If the TM is not working with venue management, or actively managing the team, they are to utilize a DCD unit themselves to help the team increase name generation results. After the Program Night, the TM is responsible for recapping numbers, submitting Brand Ambassador timesheets and reporting inventory.      The Position requires the TM to drive a reliable, personal vehicle and to provide GMR with proof of insurance in accordance with the state minimum in order to drive to and from Program Nights. TMs are also required to wear the approved uniform.
